Slavin v. Slavin
A marriage is fraudulently induced and may be annulled where a pregnant woman intentionally misrepresents the paternity of her child and the man induced to marry her reasonably relies on the woman's representations.

False representation as to character, health, wealth and external conditions do not constitute such fraud as will annul a marriage contract. In order to be such a fraud it must affect the marital relation in its essential parts.

The plaintiff in actions for divorce and annulment shall have been a resident of the state at least six months immediately before filing the complaint. The court of common pleas shall hear and determine the case, whether the marriage took place, or the cause of divorce or annulment occurred, within or without the state.

Ohio Rule of Civil Procedure 3
Civil Rule 3(B) provides several venue alternatives. These include (1) the county in which the defendant resides or has his principal place of business (2) the county in which the plaintiff resides and has resided for at least ninety days; (3) the county where the marriage occurred or where other facts giving rise to the cause of action occurred, such as where the fraud or deceit occurred.
