The BMV is not required to hold any hearing in connection with an order canceling or suspending a motor vehicle driver's or commercial driver's license pursuant to section 2903.06, 2903.08, 2921.331, 4549.02, 4549.021, or 5743.99 or any provision of Chapter 2925., 4509., 4510., or 4511. of the Revised Code or in connection with an out-of-service order issued under Chapter 4506. of the Revised Code.
