This guide presents information about collecting a judgment debt, primarily in Franklin County, Ohio. It is meant for creditors, debtors and employers. It deals with wage garnishment primarily, but also touches on the other methods of judgment collection, such as attaching bank accounts and real property. It does not deal with wage garnishment for other debts, such as child support and unpaid taxes.
