CNN 7/26/19 We should limit student loan interest rates and crack down on predatory debt services that charge exorbitant rates. Wayne Johnson's plan would forgive up to $50,000 in student loan debt for each student who has that much. It would also provide grants for students entering college, and tax credits for former students who have already paid off their student loans.
