US Dist. Court says Wisconsin law that did not allow the disabled to vote absentee, with assistance, violates the federal Voting Rights Act.

Ohio federal district court case alleging that the list of who can return absentee ballots violates the rights of disabled voters. The case will be decided in 2024.

If you cannot mark your ballot or if you need assistance because of your disability, you may bring someone with you to help you vote, or you may ask for assistance from precinct election officials.
