Reentry Services include cognitive behavioral treatment, chemical dependency treatment, workforce development, case management, mentoring, housing assistance, and links to community services and support.
My Place Transitional Age Program is designed to help young adults who are ready to transition from care, group housing, and/or foster care, but are not ready to live completely on their own. This program provides services to both males and females, ages 17- 21 years old. One of the unique components of My Place is the placement of young adult parents along with their children. The young adults in the program reside in 1 of 16 fully furnished, one-bedroom apartments.
Community Housing Network (CHN) develops, owns and manages housing across Franklin County, Ohio. They rent affordable apartments to people disabled by mental illness, substance abuse, and who have histories of homelessness. CHN strategically engages with service agencies that connect residents to the services they need.
LSS provides housing for more than 900 people who qualify based upon income and age or disability-related criteria. For many seniors living on a fixed income, LSS Affordable Housing Communities offer an opportunity to ease their financial worries.
North Central Residential Treatment Services operate under the philosophy that persons with mental illness have a right to live in the community in the least restrictive setting. The agency provides different types of housing options for adults over the age of 18 who experience severe and persistent mental illness, chemical dependency, or both. All facilities owned and/or operated by North Central are licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health. They are staffed 24 hours a day by trained and qualified workers.
