Introduction

If the manufactured or mobile home has been converted to real estate by being listed on the real property tax rolls, then foreclosure, rather than repossession or replevin, is the creditor's remedy.

Foreclosure is a complicated process. Sellers needing to foreclose and buyers faced with foreclosure, should seek legal representation.
