Abortion clinics sue in Ohio Supreme Court to enjoin SB 23, which bans most abortions after 6 weeks. 6/28/22 Still blocked as of 5/30/23.

Zach Klein, City Attorney of Columbus, signed this statement from Fair and Just Prosecution in Oct. 2020 which pledges not to prosecute those accused of violating the new abortion laws.

Gov. DeWine signed this order in April of 2021 concerning the disposal of abortion remains, stating that it was an emergency and he could bypass normal rulemaking.

Bans telemedicine abortions.
