This Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States, also known as the ICSID Convention established the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes in 1966.
Part of the World Bank. ICSID is a key institution in investment arbitration. The ICSID website has a Cases database that collects and summarizes information on investment arbitrations conducted under the auspices of ICSID.
